InsideFood Freedom Pro:what every ingredient does
After 50, your body makes fewer of the enzymes that break down food. That's why meals that used to be easy now sit heavy. Here's how each blend in Food Freedom Pro is built to help, ingredient by ingredient.
Two capsules. That's the whole routine.
Each bottle holds 60 capsules, or 30 two-capsule servings.
Every amount on the Supplement Facts panel is per serving. The label also lists directions, other ingredients, and precautions.
Three blends, one formula.
Food Freedom Pro combines a digestive enzyme blend, a prebiotic and probiotic system, and a botanical blend.
- 560 mg
Advanced Enzyme Blend
10 enzymes, each matched to a different food. Amylase and glucoamylase for carbs and starches. Lipase for fats. Lactase for dairy. Protease, bromelain, and papain for protein. Cellulase for tough plant fiber. Invertase for sugar. And alpha-galactosidase for the beans and veggies that cause gas.
- 364 mg
Prebiotic + Probiotic System
10 probiotic strains, including Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bacillus subtilis, a hardy strain built to survive stomach acid. Chicory root inulin feeds them, so the good bacteria can settle in. Labeled at 1 billion CFU per gram at manufacture.
- 200 mg
Botanical Gut Matrix
Ginger, fennel, and peppermint, long used to ease gas and settle the stomach. Turmeric to calm. Papaya and apple pectin for gentle digestive support. And bladderwrack, nori, and wakame, packed with minerals and antioxidants.
Amounts per two-capsule serving. These are blend amounts, not the amount of every individual ingredient.

Take 2 capsules once a day with an 8 oz glass of water, right before your biggest meal. That way the enzymes are there at your first bite.
Use only as directed. Do not exceed the suggested use. One bottle provides 30 days when taken as directed.
A few things to check before use.
Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription or over-the-counter medication, or have a medical condition. The label specifically mentions blood thinners. Discontinue use if you experience unusual symptoms.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
